My teachings come from my own personal lived experience of de-conditioning, activating my inner wisdom & multi-dimensional nature.

  • I utilise PSYCH-K®, a form of energy psychology to enable rapid subconscious reprogramming of limiting beliefs and fast, powerful stress transformation.

  • Everything is energy, and alchemy is everything. Identifying where energy is blocked, where it flows, where it’s in alignment and where it’s leaking only adds to your ability to discern. Connect with your bodies inner wisdom and learn how to communicate with the world around you.

  • Interacting with the spirit world and accessing altered states of consciousness. Bringing through spirits or spiritual energies into the physical world, for remembrance and discovery purposes.

  • Bringing together both the seen and unseen as we currently know it, collapsing timelines in the present moment to further unlock your reality.
